THE LIFE CHANGING MAGIC OF TIDYING UP-REVIEW

Book Title            : The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up
Author                  : Marie Kondo
Page                      : 224 pages
Publication          : 2014

Synopsis
Despite constant efforts to declutter your home, do papers still accumulate like snowdrifts and clothes pile up like a tangled mess of noodles?
Japanese cleaning consultant Marie Kondo takes tidying to a whole new level, promising that if you properly simplify and organize your home once, you'll never have to do it again. Most methods advocate a room-by-room or little-by-little approach, which doom you to pick away at your piles of stuff forever. The Konmari Method, with its revolutionary category-by-category system, leads to lasting results. In fact, none of Kondo's clients have lapsed (and she still has a three-month waiting list).
With detailed guidance for determining which items in your house "spark joy" (and which don't), this international best seller featuring Tokyo's newest lifestyle phenomenon will help you clear your clutter and enjoy the unique magic of a tidy home - and the calm, motivated mindset it can inspire.

REVIEW BOOK PART 1

So this book is about how to clean up your house that will undoubtedly change your life forever. Impossible? Yes, surely everyone will think like that, but if you read this book until it is finished, you will not be lazy to fix your house. You can read the review I made from the book "The Life Changing of Tidying Up" which will definitely be very useful for you.

CHAPTER 1 “Why can’t I keep my house in order?”
First, you can tidy if you’re never learned how.
Second, better tidying at once than a little bit. Many people who say that whatever we are cleaning up will definitely be messy right? According to general assumptions, because messy habits are deeply embedded in our subconscious. Tidying up thoroughly is not only useless but it is also dangerous because it can make us lazy. But don't be fooled. Once we move the furniture and get rid of the garbage, our room changes. Yep, it's really that simple. As long as you fix your house properly, you can continue to maintain neatness even if you are lazy or careless
Third, Tidy a little day and you’ll be tidying forever.
"If you tidy up the house at once you will return to the messy habit. It is better to clean up a little bit." we often hear the sentence and it may sound very tempting, but this sentence has proven wrong, why? Tidying up the house seems never to be finished precisely because we just clean up a little. So I have the most important tips for you, you can get rid all items that are not needed, and believe your room will be wider and the air becomes fresher so that our minds become clearer.
Fourth, Storage experts are hoarders.
Many people choose to store their belongings because it makes it easy to clean up, yes it is an easy way but actually saving it does not mean wrong but trapping. We often think after fixing why it's still a mess even though the book has been put on the bookshelf, we put the clothes in the wardrobe. Why? The answer is because we don't need most of the items stored in it. Therefore, fixing must begin by first determining what items we really want and need to be stored and then after that we can get rid of them
Fifth, Sort by category, not by location. Many people often store the same items in more than one place and make us repeat the same work in many places and continually clean up endlessly. To avoid this, it is advisable to move according to the category. Suppose we set the goal "today I will arrange the book, tomorrow the clothes." So if we store certain types of items separately and spread out, we will not realize how much goods we have and will not be completely cleaned up
Sixth, Make tidying a special event, not a daily core.
There is one pearl of wisdom "Repairing is a special activity. Don't do it every day." haha actually in this book there are two types of clean up that is, tidying up daily and cleaning up specifically. Daily cleaning is returning things to their place and being a part of our lives as long as we are still wearing clothes, books, stationery and so on. While cleaning up specifically is tidying up the house as soon as possible. Believe if you do not complete the task of tidying up the house as a whole, then the effort to clean up every day will lead to failure. On the contrary, if you tidy up the house in total, then you just clean up by returning the item and putting it in its original place, as easy as that. "Clean lifestyle gives us joy"

So, this is my review, hope u enjoy it. I'm sorry if there any mistake. Thank you

REASON WHY NAME IS A PRAYER

Often we hear that name is a prayer, is that right? Yeaa, but before that I will ask you a question. Do you like your name or not? For me, I like my name a lot because I think my name is cool like there is rarely the name of someone who is the same as me. For the first time I think my name is like male name and maybe for everyone who know me because, there is an Indonesian male artist who also has the same name as me He is Wafda Saifan wkwk . BTW for everyone who don't know me ,my name is Wafda ‘Aini and use to be called Wafda. The name Wafda is in the Al- Quran (Maryam 19:85) and the meaning of my name is a Honorable caliph. Caliph is a group (trade) in the desert consisting of camel procession, and the meaning of Aini is my eye or the light of my eyes. So my parents hope I can be a person who is respected by everyone Aamiin After I searched for several articles on the internet related to the meaning of children’s name, there are several categories of name that are respect ...

THE LIFE CHANGING MAGIC OF TIDYING UP-REVIEW #2

REVIEW BOOK PART 2 This time I will continue to review the book "The life changing magic of tidying up" part two CHAPTER 2 “Finish discarding first” First, start by discarding, all at once, intensely and completely. You often clean up and then in a few days your room will be messy again, why? You use an ineffective method of cleaning, which is not complete. To avoid this, you should clean effectively, at once and quickly in order to create a perfect room that is free from mess. In short, the success is to clean up at once, as quickly as possible, as thoroughly as possible and start cleaning up by removing unnecessary items. Second, selection criterion: does it spark joy? What standards do you use to decide what items to remove? There are several general patterns related to the reason for disposing of goods. One of them is disposing of items that there are no longer functioning – for example damaged items that cannot repaired or items with one part broken, an...

THE LIFE CHANGING MAGIC OF TIDYING UP-REVIEW #3

REVIEW BOOK PART 3 Alright, this my third review of the book "The life changing magic of tidying up". CHAPTER 3 “Tidying by category works like magic” First, Clothing: place every item of clothing in the house on the floor. The First step is to check all the cabinets and drawers in your house, then collect all the clothes in one place. After that, choose clothes that you like and you can save them, if there are clothes that you don't like you can get rid of or give to people who need it but can still be used. So that clothes do not look piling up and the closet looks neat. Second, Clothing storage: fold it right and solve your storage problems To store clothes, there are two method: first, attach it to the hanger and second, fold it to keep it in a drawer or rack. Many people prefer to attach clothes to hanger rather than storing it in a closet because it easier. Actually by folding clothes, we can save place and the most importance is when we hold c...
