After a long time I’m not writing in this blog, finally this
time I had the opportunity to write in this blog again. This time I will review
or explain the international journal that interests me, the title is “STUDENTS
AND LECTURERS 'PERSPECTIVES ON THE IMPORTANCE OF MOTIVATIONAL STRATEGY IN
ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS”.
So this journal was written by
three peoples from English Education Study Program, English Post Graduate
Program Ganesha University of Education Singaraja, Indonesia.
So this journal contains the views of students and lecturers
on the importance of motivational strategies in the process of learning
English, which aims to find out the views of students about the importance of
certain motivational strategies in teaching English, the views of lecturers on
the importance of certain motivational strategies in the English teaching and
learning process. Comparing the views of students and lecturers about the
importance of certain motivational strategies in the learning process of
English language, observing the application of motivational strategies applied
by lecturers in the English teaching-learning process. Certain in the process
of teaching and learning English.This research is based on strategy theory motivating Dornyei
(2001). The method used in this study is explanatory mixed method design.
The reason I choose this journal is because student learning
activities can occur if students have attention and encouragement to learning
stimuli. For this reason, the teacher must try to raise and maintain the
attention and encouragement of students to learn from students, before the
teacher starts. At the time of the teaching-learning process, especially when
students conduct learning activities and times when student learning conditions
decline.
